Wade Jarman portrait at The Met Deli

During my search for what I was going to do professionally, I decided to see what kind of interest my artwork would create.  I had a venue to show my work, the Tournament of State Champions at Elm St. Park, but no sports related artwork at the time.  I contacted a Little League coach's wife, Kristen Jarman (owner of The Met Deli in Greenville, NC) and asked if I painted/drew her sons, would she display them at The Met.  The painting, "Wade", is located to the right.

East Carolina University Pirate Club Auction

To try to "drum up" some business, I have created a painting to donate to the East Carolina University Pirate Club Auction taking place Sept. 10.  The plan is; enough people will see the painting, like it immensely, and take a card (which the Pirate Club is allowing me to display) and commission a painting or drawing.  Hopefully, the painting will sell for quite a few dollars.  Dollars I will never see, but its the "buzz" is what I'm hoping to create.
