Ed Ryder NCAA Football Referee

So, this past year's college football season, I was lucky enough to join Ed Ryder's crew.  From the first time I met Ed, I knew he was a no nonsense kind of guy when it came to his seriousness about college football rules and philosophies.  Little did I know at the time, I wouldn't be around him as long as I wanted.  Mr. Ryder retired this year.  It was his 33rd year as a college football official. To pay tribute to a man I've only known for a handful of years, but leaves his mark on how I would like to be as a NCAA referee, I created this drawing which I presented to Ed at a crew dinner.
